Shipping Policy

Wine shipments require an Adult Signature (21 years or older) upon delivery.

Wine Orders typically take 7-10 business days to process and ship. You will be notified by email when your package is shipped out and provided with a tracking number.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If for some reason you feel our product is defective, please save the unused portion and contact our customer service at: 845-496-3661. We may retrieve the product for analysis.

Brotherhood Wine Club | Pricing & Shipment Value

The Brotherhood Wine Club is a subscription-based program and shipments are customizable, which means shipment contents may change over time based on your selections, availability, and stated preferences.

Because wines within the Brotherhood Wine Club vary in price, the total cost of a shipment may increase or decrease if higher- or lower-priced wines are selected by the member or automatically included by the Commerce7 system based on account settings, availability, or prior preferences. Members are responsible for reviewing their selections and shipment details before a shipment is processed.

Shipment contents, bottle count, and total cost are always visible in the member’s account prior to shipment finalization. By allowing a shipment to process, the member expressly authorizes Brotherhood Winery to charge the payment method on file for the full shipment total shown at the time of processing.

All Brotherhood Wine Club shipments are final once processed and released for fulfillment.

Questions or concerns regarding shipment contents or pricing must be submitted prior to shipment processing by contacting our customer service team at 845-496-3661. Once a shipment has been processed, charges cannot be modified or reversed.
