1. B Sparkling Rose: Wood fired seared sea scallops, wrapped in smoked duck breast, raspberry coulis, fried herbs

2. Brotherhood Pinot Noir: Wild mushroom, pinot noir and brie gratinee, sourdough

3. ICON Riesling: Hay smoked trout, brioche crisps, honey & horseradish cream, whitefish caviar

4. ICON Merlot: Smoked pancetta wrapped pork loin stuffed with local buffalo ricotta and herbs, black tea glaze

5. Brotherhood 1839 Cabernet Sauvignon: Coffee & vanilla braised short rib of beef, blue cheese polenta, blackberry cabernet sauvignon espagnole

6. Late Harvest Riesling: Apricot honey olive oil cake, white chocolate crumble, local honey ice cream

The wine dinner begins promptly, so please arrive at 8:00 pm for your reservation. This event is not pre-paid, but there is a possible cancellation fee should you cancel after 5pm two days before the event or not arrive for you reservation.
