CLUBSHow It Works
1. SELECT A SUBSCRIPTION CLUB
Enter the required information and choose the frequency of shipments. You will be charged for the wine (+ tax and shipping if applicable) on the date your package ships. First shipment goes out 2 days after sign-up.
2. ADJUST YOUR SHIPMENT
All club packages contain a minimum of 6 bottles. Add or exchange items from a large pool of products. 10% off is automatically applied. We send a 2 week and a 2 day reminder email so you can make adjustments to your shipment.
The system learns your preferences over time and curates packages to fit your unique taste.
3. ENJOY WINE & CLUB BENEFITS
The convenience of regularly scheduled wine shipments. Set it and forget it. 10% off all wines in our online store. Visit the winery whenever you like and redeem your complimentary guided tour and tasting!

Can I customize the wines in my wine club shipments?
Yes! You can exchange and add wines to your package. All club packages require a minimum of 6 items. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you two weeks before each shipment with a deadline date for any changes you would like to make. Call or e-mail us for assistance with changing your club shipment.
Do subscription club members get benefits when visiting the winery?
Yes! Members get two complimentary PUBLIC TOUR & TASTING tickets upon signing up. The discount is applied when you make an online reservation for two guests.
Reservations are required and we cannot guarantee date availability due to restricted tasting room access. This benefit is non-transferable and a wine club member must be present at the winery.
When do you charge my card?
When your account is created, we take a credit card authorization to hold your wines. Your card is charged right before the wines leave our facility. If your card declines for a shipment we will reach out to you to update your account. You can update your credit card by logging in to your account or by calling us at (845) 496-3661.
When can I expect my first wine shipment?
Your first wine shipment goes out 2 days after sign up. The date of each subsequent shipment depends on your chosen shipment frequency (default is a 3 month frequency).
Is there a minimum number of wines in the club packages?
Yes, all packages require a minimum of 6 items. You can exchange and/or add items to the package.
Can I control the frequency of wine shipments?
Yes, you can control the frequency of wine shipments. We offer 1 month, 2 month, 3 month and 4 month frequencies. Frequencies can be edited after sign up by logging in to your Brotherhood account and going to Club Memberships.
What happens if you have the wrong shipping address or I am not available to sign for it?
Please contact our customer service team if your address is incorrect. We can have your packages held for pick up or redirected to the correct address.
We recommend setting up an account with UPS for enhanced tracking and delivery options. UPS will make up to three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note there will be a $15 fee for any packages returned to us.
How long do I have to pick up my wines?
Will call orders will be held for 30 days. After 30 days, you will be charged a $15 restocking fee.
